About Me & The Channel

The Roots

For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. In 2016, I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started producing videos about interesting new things I learned and how to fix problems you may encounter. Later, I began to do Unboxings and Reviews for Products I had recently acquired. I founded 4K Gaming & Tutorials with a mission to help others with their needs as gamers, whether their  aspirations are to setup an amazing 4K Tri-panel Surround Setup or just get that new game working, and it has been a fun and exciting part of my life ever since.

How I became regarded as a Technical Guru

and how I use it to improve the channel

++About Me++
I started off with my first computer running Windows 95. I began learning basic functions and then moved on to more advanced things, such as operating the GUI interface with only the keyboard...no mouse..it broke...(R.I.P. Mouse). Then we started playing games and learning how to mod them (Half-Life/ KumaWar).

Not much later, I came to the realization that you can workaround and reconstruct almost any kind of media that is digitally available. So, we began learning Web Design and how webpages were coded. This is especially helpful when you want to download something on a site that features no Download button (later, there was a much easier way made).

Next came Operating Systems. I started exploring Linux and Windows had already released 5 new versions of Windows. Most required learning to use boot media like discs and usb drives. This became especially helpful later as now I have many of my friends and family have things spontaneously go corrupt or won't boot. Hiren's BootCD is very useful for troubleshooting these issues. Never had these problems  in Windows 7 or below.

So, Thanks Windows 10.

Now we fast forward up to the past year or so, and one of my friends is saying how much cheaper it is to build your own computer and it's not as hard as you may think (it's really not, I've built 3 since then). Now that I've spent the past 10 years gradually learning the software side of computers and other electronics, I feel like I'm perhaps adept enough to venture into the realm of hardware. So, I set off for the next month learning everything about the internal hardware and how to piece it all together, as well as, the standards for performance and how each part impacts it's respective task load in regards to the best performing parts (Now, three builds later, I have learned much more than I thought I would and have decided to share that expertise in my new series, Maximize Your PC where I show you how to protect your awesome new build from bottlenecks and maximize the performance of your PC.

Lastly, a few months after that, I decided to start my own YouTube Channel about gaming and I started making gameplay videos, although I'm honestly not very good at them yet. So, I moved on to Unboxings & Reviews for cool new products I get and I still do those in addition to Tutorials of things I find that I think might help someone with the same problem I'm having, such as the Mirror's Edge Catalyst Blank Screen, which I fixed in this video.
